Another GREAT camp with GREAT memories and GREAT kalyana mitras (Spiritual friends) and GREAT meaning .

Though after the camp we were almost dead however I just couldn’t describe the satisfaction and the bliss. Yes, it’s definitely bliss of listening to the dhamma( the teaching of the Buddha) and the sharing of all the participants of the camp, and of course the time we spent together as a big family organising and participating in all the activities. I was indeed very happy and proud to hear so many positive feedback from everyone .All the hard work is worthwhile.

In this camp, It was really like a big family. Everyone juz knows everyone. It was a great joy working and having activities together.Tat’s y although it was tiring and taxing to organize a camp we were still so happy doing it. The satisfaction counts.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who help me out during the camp. Be it lending me a helping hand to prepare and run the activities, helping me to wash the dishes, giving me sincere compliments, believing in me, those who are always there for me and etc. THANKS!谢谢!TERIMA KASIH! ky,ch...u all really help me a lot..tx for those who 'give face' and participate in this camp(hopefully it's as fun and meaningful for u as it was for me)I also want to take this chance to apologise if I ever hurt anyone with my speech in this camp or during the organizing period.

In this camp it was time for us old committee to step down and pass it to the new committee. Before the camp, actually I was quite glad that I can finally pass everything to the juniors .Ironically on the last night of the camp –during our EXCO meeting. There was this feeling of sadness which overwhelmed me. Suddenly I realized that : Hey THIS is going to be our LAST meeting together as EXCO. It was really saddening and there was a feeling of emptimess as well.I still remember those days when we were going to have meetings n how I used to complain and dislike those long-winded meeting. HOWEVER, in tat middle of the night ,deep inside me I juz wish that the meeting could go longer. HOW IRONIC IS THAT…. Haha I guess we as human being are always like that. It reminds me of Jackie Cheung song :失去过才能懂得真正去珍惜和拥有。When we are going to lose something or already lost something ,only there and then will we appreciate it.

"YESTERDAY is the PAST,
TOMORROW is the FUTURE,
PRESENT is a GIFT."

I guess this is another valuable lesson that I have learnt in the camp. We must always live in the present to avoid regret in the future. If we really LIVE our LIFE in the present I guess we are LIVING it to the FULLEST. Enjoy what you’re doing now. Don’t worry too much about the future and think too much about the past. This is the thing that I need to keep remind myself .It applies to studies as well… Just concentrate on what you r reading …

All in all it was really another camp tat i won forget in my life time.Though from QUANTITY wise there weren't many ppl who participate but the QUALITY was bravo! It was indeed a meaningful way spending my weekend.
p/s: for EXCO wei once a team of EXCO,always a team...

p/s/s:picture will be up soon...
